CUSTOM CONTENT TECHNOLOGY LTD (“CCT”) with address in 124 Finchley Road, London NW3 5JS and Company Number: 13326671 operates as a licensee of the platform (“Platform”) powered by HP Custom Content. CCT provides a Book-as-a-Service software (“Services”) that enables our customers (i.e. “users”) to choose and assemble Content Providers’ text and graphics to create personalized books (i.e. “CCT Products”).
Our users utilize the Services to combine certain photographs, images, fonts, drawings, page layouts, design elements and other materials provided by CCT with custom verbiage and additional elements they introduce to create print ready content (the “Content”) that CCT integrates into printed or digital keepsake publications (i.e. “CCT Books”) and delivers to our users.
We recommend that all users review these TOS frequently, with the understanding that CCT will update these terms on a frequent basis.
Users that do not accept these Terms should not order any products from this website.

CCT has a license on the technology that enables users to create CCT products as well as the library of proprietary graphic elements and illustrations users access when assembling CCT Product (collectively the “Services”). Copyright, trademark and other relevant intellectual property rights apply to all functionality of the Services, CCT Products and all such Content.
Prices, shipping charges and payment terms shall be as specified on this website at the time the users place the order. Prices are exclusive of, and users shall pay, all taxes, duties, levies or fees, or other similar charges imposed on CCT or on the Customer by any taxing authority (other than taxes imposed on CCT’s income) related to Customer’s order. Prior to submitting the order users will have the opportunity to review product prices and any applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling charges.
CCT reserves the right to change information, products and/or prices published on this website at any time, but changes will not affect any order in respect of which we have already sent an order confirmation.
Despite our best efforts, we may, on rare occasion, be unable to accept an order, because of something we discover after we send an order confirmation email. If this is the case, we will, at our discretion, either contact the user for instructions before shipping or reject the order and notify users of such cancellation. We may be unable to accept the order because:
(a) we have identified an error in the price or description of the product;
(b) the Product contravenes, or appears to contravene, our Content Restrictions (below);
(c) there are unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for;
(d) any further verification of the user’s credit conditions or records so warrants;
(e) we suspect that the order has been placed fraudulently; or
(f) the product is out of stock due to material supply constraints we did not have reasonable opportunity to notify the user of in advance.
We are under no obligation to provide any product to the user at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by the user as a mispricing.
We accept Discover Network, Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards.
The payment account will be charged when the user places the order. Once placed, the order cannot be changed, save as described in these Terms. For security reasons, we do not allow address changes after an order has been placed.
All orders are subject to acceptance by CCT. CCT will provide the user with an order acceptance or rejection notice as soon as reasonably possible via email to the email address the user provided when submitting the order. The contract of sale between the user and CCT will only be formed upon delivery.
We may use personal information provided by the user in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that the user provides may be checked against a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Orders are delivered as specified on this website.
We currently only deliver to the UK and the USA. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond CCT’s control once it leaves our facilities, CCT is not liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to minimise the impact of the delay and communicate delays in shipment as we become aware of delays.
We deliver only to mainland UK destinations. Our deliveries take place on working days, being Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays).

As CCT takes care of the fulfilment and shipping of the products the purchase on this website, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to the user when the user, or a person designated by the user, acquires physical possession of the product(s).
Title in the product(s) passes to the user upon the later of full payment or delivery of the products.
If there are any issues with delivery, please contact our customer care team to resolve. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery or of the last scan of the package tracking. After that period, CCT’s ability to locate or resolve any claims is limited. Claims received after this point may be denied by CCT.
If the shipping box appears damaged from the outside at the moment the shipment is delivered, users have the right to refuse the shipment. Please have the deliverer/driver note the nature and extent of the damage on the shipping receipt and email CCT Customer Services team immediately to inform us.
If the user signs for delivery receipt, but later determine that the product is cosmetically damaged (scrapes, tears, dents, etc.) in shipping, take digital photographs of the damaged product and the inside and outside of the box it was received in. Contact CCT Customer Service via email immediately and provide documentation of the damage in detail. All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery. Claims received after this point may be denied by CCT.
(a) Products may vary slightly from their pictures
The images of the products and any packaging on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that the user device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. The product may vary slightly from those images.
(b) Personalised products
If the product includes personalised content provided or selected by you or is otherwise made to your specifications, it is a personalised product (Personalised Product). If it is a standard product which does not include any content selected by you, it is a non-personalised product (Standard Product).
If the product includes personalised content provided or selected by the user or is otherwise made to users specifications, it is a personalised product (Personalised Product). It is up to the user to ensure the content or material (including but not limited to text, graphics and other material) the user have contributed (“Customer Content”) for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example, the content is correctly spelled). Please double-check the order on screen carefully prior to submission to ensure that all the details are correct.
By uploading or including any Customer Content in a Personalised Product, the user grants CCT a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable license (including the right to grant sub-licenses through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that Customer Content solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights the user may grant to us. Please note that we may modify Customer Content to conform it to the requirements of the product the user have ordered.
The user, or the person who gave the user permission to use the Customer Content, will retain all rights and ownership to the Customer Content.
If the user uses third party copyright or other intellectual property in any Personalised Product, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they seek permission from the intellectual property owner. CCT will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer Content infringes on third party intellectual property. Users will be held responsible for any fees and third-party damages that CCT may have to pay to a third-party because of such infringement and users will be liable to reimburse these payments to CCT in full.
(c) Customer Content Restrictions
CCT does not permit Personalised Products that include any Customer Content which:
includes the image or likeness of any person or any information about any person, unless the user has obtained that person’s permission. If an image, likeness or any
Orders containing any Customer Content that breaches the above restrictions may be cancelled by CCT. The user must produce evidence of any required consents at CCT’s request or risk the order being cancelled.
(d) Right to make changes to your order
If the user needs to make a change after order placement, we have a limited amount of time (one day) to cancel and resubmit the order. The order will begin processing within one day of being placed. If the order has reached processing status, the order may not be cancellable. If the user needs to cancel the order within that day, please contact our customer care team.
We may have to make minor changes to a product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements or to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements (e.g. to address a security threat). Minor changes will not affect the use of the product.
If you cancel this contract in one (1) day you will receive a full refund including the costs of delivery (where applicable) within 14 days from the date we receive your cancel request. We will provide the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Where an item is faulty, please contact our customer care team. We will either ask you to return the item to us or to take a photo of the item before returning it back to us.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the product(s) using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint (if applicable) and resend the item free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a replacement product.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or Customer Content is mis-spelled.
Your right to return items to us in accordance with these Terms is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
Please note CCT reserves the right to decline or cancel return requests at any time. In such instances, we provide notification via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order.
If you are a consumer customer according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may have additional statutory rights for the lack of conformity of your product with the contract of sale. Such statutory rights are independent and complementary to the CCT returns process and are not in any way affected by it.
Customer understands and acknowledges that CCT products are subject to US and other national export and import regulations and certifies that he/she is not a citizen or party of a country which are subject to certain trade control embargoes, sanctions, prohibition and restriction, to include all countries identified in country groups D:1, E:1 and E:2, as identified in Supplement No. 1 to Part 740 of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, see http://www.access.gpo.gov/bis/ear/pdf/740spir.pdf, without having first obtained required government authorization. CCTHP may suspend performance if Customer is in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
If you are a consumer customer and you have a problem which is not resolved by us, you may access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. The ODR platform is a web-based platform that is specifically designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online and subsequently have a problem with that online purchase. It allows consumers to submit their contractual dispute and conduct the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure online. The ODR platform transmits disputes only to ADR bodies who are included in the national lists of ADR bodies that comply with the binding quality requirements established by the ADR Directive.

When each user completes her or his preparation of CCT Product and proceeds to request that CCT provide a printed book, CCT will grant them a license to this Content, limited to personal sharing of the Content provided by CCT. This means that they can distribute this Content to friends, family, partners or other contacts, solely for non commercial purposes and subject to any other limitations CCT delineates within these TOS. In any event, users may not offer for sale or commercially distribute CCT Products, whether in printed Products or in any other media format, without explicit permission from CCT.
CCT’s brand names and logos and Content Providers’ names, related logos and taglines, as well as additional names and graphic elements identifying its products and services or contained in its Content, whether registered or unregistered, are licensed by CUSTOM CONTENT TECHNOLOGY LTD and are protected through application of U.S. and U.K. Copyright and/or Trademark Law as well as other applicable laws of jurisdictions.
Redistribution or replication of any part of the Services or related Content, user interfaces, imagery, verbiage, or any graphic, verbal or conceptual element of CCT’s or Content Providers’ branding, including aesthetic ‘look and feel’ elements, is prohibited without our express written consent.

CCT reserves all rights in the Services and CCT Products accessed or assembled through the Services, except for the rights it grants to users permitting them to obtain and share customized CCT Products, as governed by these TOS.
Authorization to use the Services is obtained by users when they provide information required to create user accounts.
By creating or assembling CCT Products and using the Services, users specifically warrant that any content that they introduce does not:
Users must further refrain from modifying, reverse engineering, copying, reselling or otherwise disseminating any component of the relevant Services, CCT Products or Content, or causing or permitting such activities, without specific authorization from CCT, outside of permitted personal sharing.
(If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
CCT does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury (including to the extent caused by its negligence), for wilful default, for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any misrepresentation as to a matter fundamental to its ability to perform contractual obligations or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
CCT is continually working to assure that the technology comprising the Services functions optimally. However, we cannot control the imperfections of a user’s computer, tablet, phone or other device, or influence a user’s Internet service provider, cellular network, or the Internet itself, to operate flawlessly.
ALL MATERIAL, FUNCTIONALITY AND INFORMATION COMPRISING THE CCT SERVICES, CCT PRODUCTS AND/OR CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CCT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CCT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, DEFAMATION, LIBEL OR ANY INJURY RESULTING FROM ANY FAILURE OF A USER’S SYSTEM SECURITY, AND/OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ANY USER ACCOUNT BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
